I got a 138$ ticket for my exhaust and paid it. No warning, just a fine. Now I'm wondering what would happen if I were to get another ticket for the same offense. I know that you cant be fined twice for the same infraction, so as long as you hold on to your 1st statement wich proves you paid for the ticket already, you should be ok! But then again, an illegal muffler isn't really an offense, it's considered to be faulty equipment on your vehicle, wich you can be fined repeatedly for if you never take care of the problem... I have a feeling that as soon as the car comes back out next summer, I'm going to have to deal with more exhaust tickets cause cops are getting more and more anal! What do you think?George
